defining the process
> eisys/healthcare® employs a multi-step process to insure your project is completed in the most
professional manner, on time and on budget.
> project management eisys/healthcare® will assign an experienced, highly trained Project Manager
to be responsible from inception to conclusion. The Project Manager is well versed in equipment
sales, service, the PACS implimentation process and your corporate standards program for
PACS ergonomic workcenters.
> project analysis Using the site visit form and the project analysis supplement, the information
collection will be conducted by the PM. The analysis will include in-scope equipment inventory,
reading station locations and general facility logistics. This will determine the appropriate standard
ergonomic workcenter configuration for each facility, plus any desired accessories from the
standard offering.
> drawing preparations The eisys/healthcare® Designer will prepare a drawing with the location
of the new ergonomic workcenter(s). These drawings will be used as installation drawings for the
eisys/healthcare® Lead Installer, should installation services be enlisted.
> proposal preparation The eisys/healthcare® Customer Service Representative, under the
direction of the PM, will prepare an electronic quotation based on the results of the project analysis.
Quotations will include the appropriate standard workcenter(s),
optional accessories if any, carts if any, freight and installation/in-service training services as
required. These documents will be sent in .pdf form via email to the Client for approval and processing.
> order entry Upon receipt of a purchase order, the eisys/healthcare® Customer Service Representative
will enter the order and acknowledge receipt within five (5) business days. The acknowledgement will
be forwarded in .pdf form via email to all parties. It will include a tentative ship date based on the
scheduled “Go Live” date minus 4 weeks. Any discrepancy between proposal and purchase order
will be addressed at this time.
> scheduling The eisys/healthcare® Project Manager will communicate via conference calls and/or group
emails with the Client to track the implementation process. Should the Client choose to engage our
installation services, it will be imperative that we coordinate the shipment, receiving and installation
with all appropriate parties. We understand the limited space and manpower available at each facility;
therefore every attempt will be made to schedule shipment and receipt within 24-72 hours of the actual
installation date.*
> quality management The eisys/healthcare® Customer Service Representative will conduct a one year
telephone audit on product performance to diagnose all warranty and abnormal wear issues. If required,
necessary steps will be taken to rectify such issues.
> installation and training services Should you choose to engage eisys/healthcare® installation services,
the Lead Installer will provide on-site project management as well as in-service training for facility
personnel. Additionally, this person will be responsible for moving the product from the receiving area
to the staging/installation area. The installers will work with your PACS Team to properly install all
monitors and provide final cable management at the workcenter. Upon completion, the Lead Installer
will train all available doctors on the proper use of the workcenter. He will review the technical manual
and the general assembly/troubleshooting guide with the plant operations staff and prior to leaving
the facility obtain sign-off approval.
*Each facility receiving department will be responsible for accurate receipt, damage inspection and
proper storage of the product. The eisys/healthcare® Project Manager or Customer Service Representative
must be notified within 24 hours of receipt of shipment if damaged or missing parts are noted or suspected.
Digital photos of the shipment and its condition would be helpful in case there is a need to identify damages
prior to arrival on-site.
